In our first meeting, whether over a video call or in person, I first listen to your ideas and desires regarding the web design, finances, and marketing of your project. Here we will decide which type of website – blogs, portfolio, small business site, web shop etc. – is the most suitable.
This meeting is free of charge and non-binding.
Following our first meeting, I will research your industry, competitors, ideal keywords for search engines etc. to construct a tailored strategy and design.
Then, I will use WordPress to create a first draft of your website, which you will be able to see online. This draft will meet all your requirements, such as layout, text, colors, fonts, logos, and other elements to reflect your brand identity. Only once you are satisfied with the draft is payment due. Sometimes this phase requires a few iterations until we reach a satifying result, during which we will be in regular dialogue with eachother.
At this stage I will do an in-depth keyword research and optimize your website according to the latest state-of-the-art search engine opimisation (SEO). for organic search engine results. I will undertake research into your industry, niche, competitors, and audience to construct a tailored SEO strategy.
If you choose the all-inclusive package, this will include the creation and maintenance of social media (Instagram and Facebook) and an online marketing strategy.
Insights from my research in Stage 3 will flow into improving web & graphic design, photo editing, and SEO for your website. After all the factore are perfected, I will present you the final draft. Ideally, this will happen 2 weeks after our first meeting.

Before I hand over your website to you, I will show you how to self-manage your website in a face-to-face meeting (online or in person). After this session, you will be able to confidently upload new content or update your site. In this session we will also choose the ideal web host (e.g. IONOS, GoDaddy, Hostinger etc.) for your website and buy a domain. The web host should ideally have one of its servers close to your business location, depending on where the majority of your clients will be.
Finally, the handing-over of the keys. Also, we will together chose a domain name and the ideal web host for you.
